Who We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
- Meets general SU admission requirements (TOEFL, GRE, GPA, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Research interest in two or more of: data-driven smart buildings, urban-scale energy modeling, occupant behavior, buildings-to-grid, building controls
- Computing skills — Python, programming, or simulation tools
- Quantitative skills — statistics, mathematical modeling, or machine learning
